We discovered Aaron and Clair's YouTube channel and fell in love by their mastery of quick and easy meals.

Here, we share our version of their quick and easy 15-minute Korean Chilli Garlic Noodles.

- 1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
- 3 tablespoons oil

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

5. In a small bowl, make a slurry by combining 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water. Pour this slurry into the boiling sauce and stir until the sauce thickens.
