This is Aaron and Claire's recipe for a very quick yet super tasty ground beef bulgogi. This is actually part 1 of 4 of their 15-minute Korean rice bowl recipes. We love this recipe for its super easy process and amazing flavours and textures. By the way, this recipe does not use Gochujang, but you are free to add some to add some more spice and flavour to the dish.

Method

  • Step 1
    Marinate the ground beef with mushrooms, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, oyster sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
