Method
- Step 1Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Step 2Combine the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Step 3Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until barely combined.
- Step 4Incorporate the chocolate chips into the batter.
